Do you feel you have limited resources to offer older adults?
The Department of Aging has prepared numerous brochures which can be printed and easily be used in the library setting. These brochures and informational pieces attempt to give older adults the information that they will need as they get older. Topics include: Benefits and Rights for Older Pennsylvanians, Consumer Protection, Elder Abuse, Health and Wellness, Legal, Long Term Living, Medicare, Older Drivers, PACE/PACENET, and Programs & Services. Many of these pieces are also available in languages other than English allowing them to be helpful to a wider range of older adults.
