The Jewish Healthcare Foundation, in partnership with the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, has launched an innovative initiative for caregivers of older adults in Allegheny County called Caregiver Champions.
It is a volunteered powered, grassroots effort to reduce the stress of caregiving through learning circles where experts share vital information about coping strategies, tools and resources in our community.
