Mind, Body, Spirit Programs | Libraries Collaborate

Upper St. Clair Township and South Park Township Libraries are offering a year of joint complimentary Mind, Body, Spirit programming.

The programming has been designed to introduce patrons to newly developed Mind, Body, Sprit collections at both libraries. The collection has been made possible by a LSTA grant the libraries received this year.

The next program in this series is: "Save Your Brain" a book by Clinical Neuropsychologist and adjunct professor of neurological surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and local author Paul D. Nussbaum, Ph.D., this Thursday, July 22 at 7:00pm at South Park Library.

He will discuss how to ward of memory loss, improve brain performance, and increase mental fitness by implementing a brain healthy lifestyle TODAY! It's never too late--or too early--to start. For questions call Donna Neiport at the South Park Township Library, 412-833-5585, or Upper St. Clair Township Library, 412-835-5540.
