Join in on the Campaign for Better Care as we all deserve comprehensive, coordinated health care that everyone hopes to get when dealing with an illness, but reality dictates that the best possible care is not always given to those who have the greatest need. Like many Americans, multiple doctors typically work with one patient making it all the more crucial that they communicate with one another and with the patient to provide the best possible care and treatment. Medical records, usually held by doctor's offices should be made available to patients and family caregivers so that families do not have to fend for themselves and advocate for the care they deserve.
