Capitol Words

Capitol Words visualizes the most frequently used words in the Congressional Record, giving you an at-a-glance view of which issues lawmakers address on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Capitol Words lets you see what are the most popular words spoken by lawmakers on the House and Senate floor.

Words can be searched for with results including the lawmakers who used them. It could make for some interesting programming on the top words used by Congress. Our Conversation Salons may like to discuss some of these top words. Before you look, what do you think the top words would be?
